Cabin crews go through a prolonged selection process to insure the highest qualifications. Our crew speaks Italian, German, French, Spanish and Russian in addition to English and Arabic.
Safety is our main concern, the crew undergoes theoretical training courses in Lotus air facilities, and the practical training of evacuation, first aid, fire fighting is conducted in safety-approved centers in the Middle East. on a yearly basis refreshing training is done in order to update our crews with the latest techniques in safety, and safety regulation. Lotus Air always insure the safety practical training is preformed between all of the operating groups pilots and cabin crew to insure the maximum output of teamwork especially in safety.
Lotus aircraft have flown to countries throughout Europe; the distinctive Lotus logo have been seen at airports throughout France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Ireland, and Spain, as well as the emerging markets of Eastern Europe such as Poland, Macedonia, Croatia and Turkey. Within Egypt, we operate from Cairo, Luxor, Alexandria, Hurghada, Sharm El-Sheikh, Taba Aswan and Abu Simple.

Our own technical maintenance crews maintain lotus air fleet to the highest international standard since 2000, as we are the first Egyptian company to achieve this status, which enables lotus air to optimize our technical dispatch reliability that places us in the top Certified Airbus operators.

Both the engineering and flight operations departments have naturally been the subject of many audits undertaken prior to medium-term wet-lease/ACMI assignments , and our internal controls , procedures and disciplines have withstood the closest scrutiny . |
